The sumptuous first nose reveals fragrances of fig, blood orange, emery cloth, flambéed banana and liquorice of great distinction. Palate: Taut, lively. With rare intensity, the superbly liquorice and malty attack reveals notes of coffee, tobacco and dried fruits (date, fig).
