It has absolutely no added sugars, colors or anything, for that matter. The agave notes are present and intense. It is full of spice and character from its terroir. It is a blend of different aged tequilas of a minimum of 30 months in French Limousine Oak. Don Fulano Anejo Tequila (2) Bottle Bundle Tasting Notes Nose: An elegant harmony of dried fruits, the sweet notes of the cooked agave stands out. Delicate floral notes like jasmine, honey, nuts, maple and chocolate frame its intense personality. He called the brand "Don Fulano," a generic name that roughly translates to "someone." Don Fulano Reposado is a blend of various tequilas that have aged 8 to 24 months in both new and used French Limousin oak. Don Fulano Reposado Tequila (2) Bottle Bundle Tasting Notes Nose: Vanilla sponge cake and butterscotch with soft spices notes and a lingering agave character. Full but not too intense, overall a very good balance of the wood influence and the Tequila character. Palate: Soft with some vanilla sweetness, quite buttery and mouth-filling. Definitely a palate that pairs with lighter style cigars well. Finish: The sweetness is overcome by a distinct mineral spiciness. Grassy and raw vegetal notes develop as well, giving this softer, sweeter style of Tequila a well-balanced finish.
