Distillery Information Pusser’s Rum was founded by sailor and businessman Charles Tobias in 1979, using the original blending recipe which he had been given by the Admiralty. The term Purser was gradually corrupted until it became Pusser, inspiring the name, and the style of the modern-day Pusser's rum range. The Pusser's portfolio now includes a host of expressions, showcasing the traditional British Naval style demerara rum. Pusser's Blue Label sits at the heart of the range and was originally bottled for sale at 54.5% ABV.
