No publication date, but per Copac and OCLC, ackowledged to be 1883. Held by only one institution in the USA and six in the UK; not among the almost 100 McCarthy titles held by the Library of Congress. Green cloth binding with black lettering. Clean text; 127 pages plus a 32-page catalog of Chattus offerings as of December 1882. Three small stampings indicate the copy was once held in Scotland. This copy has been SIGNED & INSCRIBED by the Author on the half-title. Moderate soil; the book is holding well, but Quercus would recommend some reinforcement to preserve this important artifact.
