These orchards are part of Britain's cultural heritage and ecosystems. They have been around for centuries but are disappearing. This loss affects local wildlife. Gemma Standeven leads Gattertop. She grew up in Herefordshire, on her family's estate, Gattertop. This land has a long history dating back to 1086. It is even in the Doomsday Book as Gadredehope. The estate has fields, woods, and organic orchards. Gemma used the estate's produce to make spirits that capture the feel of the English countryside.
