As I have mentioned in recent listings, I have taken up with listing railroad-related books again of late; here is another titled: "PCC the Car That Fought Back," by Stephen P. Carlson & Fred W. Schneider, III. This rather large hard cover book (8 ¾ x 11 ¼ inches, 251 pages plus a fold-out schemata of a PCC Car) was published by the Interurban Press of Glendale, California as Interurbans Special No. 64, dated 1981 and the Second Printing. It is flat-signed by Carlson on the title page. The book is bound in bright yellow cloth boards with black titles on the spine and protected by a pictorial dust jacket featuring a color photo of one of the PCC Cars on the tracks. As the flap of the dust jacket notes: "This book blends technical detail and historical perspective with lavish photographic coverage (all b&w)." Condition: This book is in very good condition. There is a small tear at the top of the gutter of the front cover of the dust jacket. The hard covers are clean, bright and unbumped. This book is large oblong folio size, in black cloth, embossed infleur de Lis design. Now I am not sure about this book, it was privately printed 2009/10. Unusual books seems to plans for a concept building for Ridley Road, Dalston. The concept called the "Empire of Dirt"with full plans. Some of the rooms include Cash's music bar, rock w.c, cash's dress shop, Walton method cake baking, see the weird pictures and designs. Odds and Sods seems like plans for some sort of gaming plan for relics. The plan of London is called Lost City Relic Location Plan done to scale, but these relics are in parts of London. Then you have designs for different relics, see relics in the pictures. There is a Lost City it's in "Rise of the Tomb Raider" but these plans are for 2009.
