Found North High Altitude Collection Hover Hawk Cask Strength Whiskey Tasting Notes Nose: The nose is like fresh dew catching the morning sun after a midnight shower, each drop a prism refracting flavor across an open field of fragrant fruit notes, flashing a full spectrum of green apple, golden raisins, peach jam and sweet lemon pie. Palate: Secondary notes of toasted caramel dance on the wind, wafting whiffs of burnt brown sugar and maple candy. Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish. Distillery Information Found North was founded by Nick and Zach Taylor and launched their first batch of Canadian whisky in 2021.
