All color photographs. #109 OF A DELUXE LIMITED LEATHERBOUND EDITION OF ONLY 200 COPIES SIGNED BY THE AUTHORS. BOUND IN RICH REAL FULL BROWN LEATHER, GILT EDGED, AND HOUSED IN A SLIPCASE. There were three editions of this book published. The standard issue in the blue binding and slipcase, the regular deluxe edition of 300 copies bound in brown sturdite (looks somewhat like leather but obviously in not leather), and the super deluxe edition of 200 copies, of which this is one. This book pictures some of the finest and rarest engraved Colt firearms in the world. Very rare in this deluxe full leather edition of 200 copies. Very small scuff to the spine, otherwise the Book and Slipcase are in Very Fine condition. A wonderful copy of a very hard to find book.

Philips The Mislaid Charm PHILLIPS, Alexander M. [Near Fine] [Hardcover] 55.18 CAD This curious fantasy novel was first published in the pulp fantasy magazine, ""Unknown"" in 1941. Here, in book form, it was the first title from the short-lived (four years) publisher The Prime Press, which published some interesting science fiction and fantasy works including novels by Theodore Sturgeon and L. Sprague de Camp. The print run for this book was reportedly 5,000 copies. The illustrations - chapter headings and frontispiece - are excellent. There's a small fold in the cloth at the base of front board (production flaw), but the book is near fine with a hint of browning to edges. The yellow, first issue dust jacket is also near fine with a slightly faded spine panel.
